Sights along the Sacramento River
The Sacramento River provides exception riparian habitat. This habitat is home to bald eagles, osprey, wild turkey, and river otter. The vernal pools provide habitat for rare plant species, and wetland habitat for migrating geese and the greater sandhill crane.
